Our fully qualified Chartered Surveyor handles all aspects of the reinstatement project including damage mitigation, the designing and production of a full schedule and scope of works, contractor fulfilment and subsequent administration through to completion of the project, managing all relevant aspects of JCT contract works, CDM, statutory regulations, health and safety aspects and party wall matters, ably accompanied by engineers when required.
