Our story
In 2025, Kudos Liability Adjusting and Bickley Chartered Loss Adjusters Ltd came together to form Kubiq. Our aim was simple: to create a new kind of liability and loss adjusting business that embraced the technical expertise that is required to perform the function at the highest levels, with the right balance of empathy, compassion and customer care.
We’re committed to challenging ourselves to deliver a first-class service, every time. It’s our mission to provide quality fieldwork, clear and proactive communication and client care to ensure that our customers and/or claimants enjoy a smooth journey and fair outcome.
For many years we have seen the loss adjusting industry stretch resources to breaking point, particularly adjusters, and there is a continuing movement in many areas to utilise process in place of a personal touch.
