From 1 September, the insurance market will see a new brand launch in the liability and property loss adjusting space. Introducing Kubiq – bringing together Kudos (liability adjusters) and Bickley (property loss adjusters), to bring our fresh approach to the UK loss adjusting market.
The new entity will combine these two highly experienced long-standing teams with their specialist experience, to bring an unswerving commitment to quality standards, client and customer care, through a full-service proposition.
April Stowers, Managing Partner, explained: “We’re very excited about the launch of Kubiq. We’re bringing the best of Kudos and Bickley together to deliver a new offering for clients – one that continues to place the customer at the heart of everything we do, focused on technical expertise and attention to detail, with outstanding customer care. For many years we have seen the loss adjusting industry stretch resources to breaking point, particularly adjusters, and there is a continuing movement in many areas to utilise process in place of a personal touch. To combat this, we have reduced adjuster caseloads, so that we are able to focus on speed of service combined with excellent proactive communications, whilst utilising our expertise to provide the fairest and most equitable outcomes the most efficient way.
“Our strapline, “It’s time for better” refers to our belief that, as an industry, we all need to reassess how we adequately prepare for the future as we enter another surge period, breaking the attritional cycle and preparing for property and liability adjusting to once again be heralded as the professional extension of clients to best serve the customers. We have geared up for that and look forward to the winter months without the stresses that have beset the insurance market place over recent years.”
The combined Kubiq team includes 47 colleagues operating across the UK, ROI – property adjusting also works in Europe. Our office locations include Sevenoaks, Cardiff, Leeds, Glasgow, Nottingham, Sevenoaks, and Woking.
